We offer free delivery for all UK orders over £50.00. All UK orders under £50.00 are charged at £2.75.

A 2 day UK express delivery service is available for most items at a charge of £6.75. 

USA delivery is £10.00.

We aim to deal with your order as speedily as possible and deliver your jewellery within 3 – 5 working days or hopefully earlier! 

Express 2 day delivery service is available for when you need your order that little bit quicker! 

We currently ship to UK and USA only. Please contact me if you would like shipping elsewhere.

We accept payments though our secure Stripe payment system or Paypal.

Ordering online with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

I hope that you will be happy with your jewellery but we understand that sometimes you may wish to return or exchange an item.

All items are checked before they go out but please check items upon delivery. If in the unlikely event that they are damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me via telephone or email and you may return your goods within 7 days of receipt of jewellery, unworn in perfect condition, complete with box and proof of purchase and I will be happy to offer an exchange or full refund. If you would like to return the item after 7 days of receipt of the item, a credit note will be issued. Please note that postage costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.

***For hygiene reasons under UK Health and Safety law, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.***

In the unfortunate event of a breakage of jewellery, contact Heather Scott Jewellery about returning the item. We offer a free repair service if the breakage is through the fault of Heather Scott Jewellery, if not, we will give you a quote for the repair.
